Conducted Over Three Powerful Weeks
The THRIVE Open Enrolment Program is conducted virtually, using a highly experiential methodology called FOIL (Frequent Online Interactive Learning) developed from the Neuroscience of Learning and Memory Formation..
The methodology uses the science of habit formation and focuses on building one habit at a time, over three weeks, in order to embed real behavioral change.
Each 90-minute, weekly session digs deeper into the psychology and science of emotional resilience and provides an application tool to put a specific habit into immediate practice. Participants learn, implement, engage, and are held accountable for their development.
