There was a season in my career when I said “yes” to everything. Every project, every client, every request.
Deadlines blurred into late nights. The glow of my laptop became my only light. Until one morning, my vision blurred too. I couldn’t read the screen. A blood vessel had burst in my eye from overwork. No quick fix. Just a warning: keep this up, and you’ll lose your sight.
That moment shook me. Not only because of the fear of going blind, but because I saw the truth: I’d been trading my well-being, my joy, and even my health for other people’s approval.
I made myself a promise: NEVER AGAIN. And even more important, I’d create a way for women like me to shine without breaking themselves in the process.
That promise became the ICON Pathway™—a science-based system to help ambitious women step out of survival mode and rise into authentic, visible leadership.
